AlengTop Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing AlengTop. We are committed to delivering high-quality oxygen concentrators and professional customer support. Please review the following warranty policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.


Warranty Coverage

Your AlengTop oxygen concentrator includes a 1-year limited warranty from the date you receive the product.

This warranty guarantees that the device will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. If a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, Aermex will provide free repair service or replacement of defective parts.

Note: Accessories such as tubes, filters, cannulas, and connectors are not covered under the warranty. These components are consumables and subject to normal wear during use.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by any of the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, improper storage, or negligence
  • Liquid damage, sand, dirt, food, insects, or animals entering the device
  • Exposure to extreme temperature or humidity
  • Commercial or abnormal usage beyond intended personal use
  • Failure to perform required maintenance
  • Any cause not related to manufacturing defects
  • Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, modification, or installation by anyone other than Aermex

Warranty Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@alengtop.com within the warranty period and provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or videos if applicable

Aermex will evaluate your claim and determine the best solution, which may include:

  • Troubleshooting assistance
  • Replacement of defective parts
  • Repair or replacement of the oxygen concentrator if required

Shipping Costs:
• Customer pays for shipping the product to Aermex for warranty inspection.
• Aermex will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Non-Transferable Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. A valid proof of purchase and customer identity is required when submitting a claim.

We recommend inspecting the product within 48 hours of delivery before use.

Disclaimer

Aermex is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the product. After the warranty period expires, Aermex is no longer obligated to provide repairs, replacements, or cover related shipping charges.
