Expected Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order-confirmation email (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Standard Delivery – Oxygen Concentrators: Typically 5–7 business days after shipment.

Standard Delivery – Machine Parts & Accessories: Typically 7–15 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment, flat rate $19.99 (where available).
Notes: Delivery estimates may be affected by peak-season volume, severe weather, carrier network issues, or other events outside our control. In the rare case your package has not arrived within 20 days of shipment, please email support@alengtop.com and we’ll assist immediately.

Other Countries/Regions: Flat rate $99.99. Please email support@alengtop.com before purchasing to confirm service availability to your address.
All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis wherever supported—import taxes and duties are included in your final price. If a carrier or customs office unexpectedly requests additional fees, do not pay without first contacting support@alengtop.com for guidance.
Where We Ship

Currently Supported: United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska), Canada, and most of Europe.

Address Requirements: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O., or B.F.P.O. addresses. Please provide a complete residential or business street address.
Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If you need an update, email support@alengtop.com within 48 hours of payment; we’ll do our best to help if your order has not yet shipped.
Carriers & Insurance
We ship via UPS, USPS, and DHL. Every shipment is insured by AlengTop until it is delivered at the address on file.
- If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier may reattempt delivery on the next business day or route your package to a local access point for pickup.
- If you arrange alternatives directly with the carrier (e.g., “leave at door” without signature), coverage may no longer apply, and AlengTop is not responsible for loss or theft after the package is released per your instructions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking activity may take up to 48 hours to update. If you don’t receive tracking, contact us at support@alengtop.com.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Damaged Package/Item: If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery and ask the carrier to note the damage. Then email support@alengtop.com with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the product.

Lost or Missing: If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, contact us within 7 days at support@alengtop.com. We’ll help investigate with the carrier.
