30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and unaltered
  • In original packaging with all accessories and manuals included
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return:
Email us at support@alengtop.com. Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns/exchanges for devices (not accessories) within 30 days and when they meet one of the conditions below:

  • Unopened / Unused: Original packaging intact, no missing items.
  • Opened – Defective / Wrong Item:
    • Contact customer service within the return period
    • Provide photo/video evidence showing the defect or incorrect item

Important: Accessories and consumable items are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@alengtop.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Personal care parts (e.g., nasal tubing)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Sale, clearance, or gift card purchases

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to contact customer service before the item ships. After shipment, exchanges may require a return process.

Return & Exchange Costs

The total cost of a return/exchange consists of:

  • Freight: Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
  • Service Fee: 20% of the order value (covers product value depreciation & handling).

No fees apply if the return is due to a confirmed quality issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund on their end.
